Das Kommunikationsmedium Blog ist neu für mich und meine Arbeit an dem Biogas- und Amaranth-Projekt El Pan Alegre / Das Fröhliche Brot. Ich möchte es nutzen, um über die nüchternen „technischen“ Details (auf der Webseite, s.u.) hinaus auch andere Erfahrungen festzuhalten und weiterzugeben, die ebenfalls zur Entwicklung des Projektes beigetragen haben bzw. beitragen.

Das kann ich allerdings im Moment nur regelmäßig unregelmäßig tun, denn das Projekt ist in eine neue Phase getreten, zu der auch gehört, dass ich mich für die nächsten Jahre in Berlin statt in Kuba niederlasse und erst ab Juni 2007 wieder mit ständigem Zugang zum Internet ausgestattet sein werde.

Eines aber ist trotz neuer Ausrichtung der Projektlinie geblieben, nämlich die Freude an der Idee eines Pan Alegre, eines Fröhlichen Brotes, das in partnerschaftlicher Zusammenarbeit aller Beteiligten mit zweien der ältesten Kräfte der Natur gebacken werden will:

BIOGAS (hier aus organischen Hausabfällen) und hoch nährstoffhaltigem AMARANTH.

In diesem Sinne …

The communication media blog is absolutely new for me and my work with the biogas and amaranth project El Pan Alegre / The Happy Bread. I would like to use it to transmit at least some of the other than rational „tecnical“ details (please see the website) which as well contribute(d) to the project’s development.

Nevertheless at the moment I am only able to do so now and then because the project has entered a new phase and this means also that for the next couple of years I will be living in Berlin instead of Cuba and will have to wait until june 2007 to be provided again with a continuous access to the Internet.

But one thing has remained the same despite the new working perspective which is the happiness in promoting the idea of a Pan Alegre, a Happy Bread which wants to be baked in a partnership cooperation of all participants with two of the oldest natural powers:

BIOGAS (from organic domestic waste) and the highly nutritive AMARANTH.

So let’s continue …

El medio de communicación blog es nuevo para mí y mi forma de trabajar hasta ahora en el proyecto de biogás y amaranto El Pan Alegre. Quiero aprovechar de él para poder transmitir más allá de los detalles objetivos „técnicos“ (por favor véase la página web) también aunque sea algunas de las demás experiencias que han contribuido al desarrollo del proyecto y siguen haciéndolo.

En este momento, sin embargo, sólo lo puedo hacer de vez en cuando porque el proyecto ha entrado en una nueva etapa y eso quiere decir también que para los próximos años me estableceré en Berlín en vez de Cuba, y se demora hasta junio de 2007 para yo tener nuevamente un acceso continuo al Internet.

Pero una cosa no ha cambiado a pesar de la nueva perspectiva, y es la alegría en promover la idea de un Pan Alegre que quiere ser producido en un cooperación con compañerismo entre todas y todos los participantes juntos con dos de las fuerzas más antiguas de la naturaleza:

el BIOGAS (a partir de los residuos sólidos orgánicos domésticos) y el AMARANTO con sus altísimos valores nutritivos y agrarios.
